Spring Cleaning: All winter debris will be picked up and hauled away by Whitehead’s Landscaping. Spring Cleanup is charged out on a Time and Material Basis. Estimates are recommended for your particular property.

Activate irrigation system in the Spring: Activate irrigation system in the Spring. Activation cost will be a minimum of $60.00. Technician will adjust all heads for proper water coverage to lawn area. Repair of damaged heads due to winter month damage. Irrigation parts will be charged out in addition to the Activation Fee.

Weekly - Mowing Service: Weather permitting, mow season commences on May 1st and terminates October 15th. This service includes mowing turf, trimming around buildings and walkways, and blowing clippings off all walkways and driveways. Maintenance of irrigation system and adequate water coverage in lawn area are not included in the Mowing Service, for that additional service we offer Quality Control (see below) Cost to mow is determined by property size.

Each Visit - Quality Control: Weekly monitoring of Irrigation System. This inexpensive service will insure proper water coverage to lawn, trees, and beds. Watering times will be scheduled according to city permits. Minor repairs to system completed at each visit, major problems with system will be discussed and approved by owner before repairing. Cost is Labor plus irrigation parts.

Mow Natural Areas: As needed. A typical season requires mowing natural areas twice a year. Customer may request mowing of natural areas once a season. It is generally done during the 2nd week of June and again in October. Cost is labor plus removal of refuse.

Fall Cleanup: Leaves will be raked and removed from property. Lawn areas will be mowed. Trimming will be done around buildings, walkways, and trees. Fall Cleanup crews commence after majority of the leaves have fallen. Typically Fall Cleanup occurs during the month of November. All refuse hauled from property. Cost is labor plus a dump fee.

Winterization of Irrigation System: Winterization is scheduled during the Fall Season depending on Weather. Prices are based on the number of irrigation zones.

Pine Weevil in Spruce Trees: Pine Weevil Spray, 2 applications applied in the Spring to control bugs in trees. Application of Pine Weevil Spray ensures healthy trees. Pine Weevil will attack the tops of trees and can kill up to 2 feet of your tree a year if not treated. Cost is per unit basis plus labor.

Aphids in Trees/Shrubs: Dormant Oil Application for trees and shrubs, applied in the Spring. This application is essential to apply in the Spring because it attacks the eggs of aphids. This application is a preventative measure. Cost is per unit basis plus labor.

Spider Mites in Trees/Shrubs/Flowers: Applied throughout the Summer on an as needed basis and would be applied starting in July through August to prevent damage. Cost is per unit basis plus labor.

each application - Organic Fertilizer: Our own Compost Tea Organic Fertilizer made right here in Hailey! Fertilizer must be applied 3 –4 times a season for the best results. This will ensure that your soil stays healthy throughout the year. This also keeps your lawn disease free, reduces soil compaction to help with root establishment, thatch buildup, and possible water savings (depending on water management). Organic Fertilizer does not kill weeds please see below options for weed control. Cost is determined by lawn size/ per gallon.

each application - Spot Weeding: Used along with our Organic Fertilizer. Applied 3 times a season. Cost is per unit plus labor.

each application – Weed and Feed Fertilizer: The chemical option ensures lawns stay green and weed free using manufacturing application ratios. Weed and Feed Fertilizer and Weed Control must be applied 3 times a year for optimal benefit. Cost is determined by lawn size/per gallon.

Spider Barrier: Spray around the outside of foundation on exterior of home or outbuilding to prevent spiders/insects from entering the structure
